A full-property buyout reserves the complete estate, including the villas, 8 bedrooms, and a full range of amenities, as a single, private space for your group, making it an event venue built around exclusivity. Individual villas are also available to rent separately for smaller private gatherings. There are several venues within the resort itself, including an oceanside pool deck, a soundproof basement club, a games room, a beach bar, and Bloom Kitchen, our private restaurant. Together they create a unique venue built for corporate events, weddings, birthday parties, reunions, and private parties.
The Seed operates as a full-property buyout for larger events, giving event planners a complete, self-contained location to design around with your group as the only one on-site. Smaller private gatherings can also be hosted through an individual villa rental.

Musical equipment includes a drum kit, electric and acoustic guitars, a piano, a DJ booth, and a dual lighting system, with a Pioneer DJM 900 Nexus mixer and two CDJ 2000 Nexus decks available at an additional fee. A 4K cinema screen with Apple TV, Netflix, and PlayStation 5 sits alongside a vintage arcade console loaded with classic games. The space can be reconfigured to match your event, with additional sound engineering, lighting, and production equipment available at an added cost.
